The People's Representative, LLC has specialized in Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) services for over 10 years. We have successfully helped thousands of individuals receive the SSDI and SSI benefits they deserve.
Centrally located in Syracuse, New York, the Social Security disability representatives from our office represent claimants for SSDI and SSI throughout New York State, including Albany, Syracuse, Rochester, Buffalo, Binghamton, Utica, Watertown, and all points in between.
Working with us is free of charge until we win your SSDI or SSI case, in which a fee would come out of any back SSDI and SSI benefits awarded by the Social Security Administration. Nothing ever comes out of our client’s pockets. Ever.
Some firms will charge you for obtaining your medical records, photocopying, postage, ink and other related expenses. These expenses are absorbed by our firm as a cost of doing business and further establishes the best experience possible when applying for your benefits.
Having a skilled SSDI and SSI representative in your corner will dramatically increase the likelihood that you will be granted your disability benefits.
Federal administration agencies, such as the Social Security Administration, often have their own set of complex regulations that may be difficult for a lay-person to navigate. With the expertise of The People’s Representative, LLC guiding you, we will ensure that you understand everything from the initial application to the appeals process.
Last year, the Government Accountability Office published a study stating that Social Security claimants who had representation at their hearing, “were allowed benefits at a rate nearly 3 times higher than those without representatives.”
You should not settle for just any representation. If a firm specializes in anything other than SSDI and SSI – run away and retain The People’s Representative, LLC. SSDI and SSI is all we do.
